While it’s still unclear what a revamped downtown amphitheater will look like, one requirement is that it can’t obscure the scenic views from Salem’s Riverfront Park.
As the Rotary Club of Salem marks its hundredth anniversary in 2020, the club is giving Oregon’s capital city an upgraded venue for concerts and other events.
